MOQ, sizes, samples and private label — the questions buyers ask first.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Every model is in stock, so you can start from 1 set and mix sizes and colours. For your own logo, packaging or colours the MOQ is 500 sets per model.
How many shoes are in a set?
Dog shoe prices are per set of 4 shoes — one for each paw. The disposable models XC15, XC16 and XC17 are sold in packs of 20 covers; clothing, leashes, harnesses and toys are priced per piece or set as shown.
How long do samples and production take?
Stock items are available right away — ask for the current dispatch date. Custom samples take about 15 days, and bulk production about 20 days after sample approval.
Which payment methods do you accept?
T/T and L/C. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice for each order.
How do I choose the right dog shoe size?
Measure the width and length of the front paw while the dog is standing, then compare with the size chart on each product page. Every model has its own chart in centimetres with a suggested pet weight. If the paw falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Are the prices on the website final?
They are reference wholesale prices in US dollars for the standard version. Your price depends on quantity, size mix, colours, logo and packaging, and is confirmed on the quotation.
Do you make shoes for large dogs?
Yes. Models XC08 (suspender boots), XC10 (rotary quick-lace), XC13 (faux-fur snow boots) and XC20 (LED shoes) come in sizes for medium and large dogs; XC20 fits breeds such as Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds.
Can I put my own brand on the products?
Yes, private label is available. Logo method, labels and packaging options are confirmed per model, because they depend on the material.
Do you sell products for cats too?
Yes. The XC003 harness set, the XC-6 dress and several clothing models are sized for cats as well as small dogs.
When should I order winter boots?
Winter boots sell from October to February in the northern hemisphere. We recommend confirming samples by early autumn so stock arrives before the first cold weather.
Do you work with Amazon and online sellers?
Yes. We can supply barcodes, packaging and product photos for your listings. Tell us your marketplace when you ask for a quote.
